A fun, instructor-led session incorporating light weights, resistance bands, balance drills, and stretching, all set to great music!

I have a bad back/knee/shoulder. Can I still participate?

Absolutely! Our instructor is trained to provide alternative exercises for common physical limitations. We always recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any new fitness program, and we will work with you to ensure a safe workout.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and supportive shoes. Bring a water bottle and a small towel. We provide all the necessary equipment.

What is the cost?

We offer a flexible drop-in rate and discounted class packs. Classes are $99/month for up to 2 classes per week. Normally priced at $129/month. Signup before 12/31/25 and lock your $99/month rate in!

Is there a free trial?

Your first class is on us! Come and experience the community and workout for yourself with no obligation.
