Every Friday morning, we transform the gym into an adventure zone. Our unique structure is designed to keep young minds and bodies engaged from start to finish.
We kick things off with high-energy games that get hearts pumping and smiles shining. It’s the perfect warm-up that feels nothing like a chore.
Part Games
Through age-appropriate, body-weight exercises, kids build foundational strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health in a safe, supervised way.
Part Workout
Each session focuses on a key skill like balance, coordination, or teamwork. We break it down, practice it, and watch their confidence soar as they master something new.

1. What ages is this class for?
This class is specially designed for children ages 5 to 10 years old. We group activities to be fun and achievable for both energetic kindergarteners and growing pre-teens, ensuring everyone is challenged and included.
2. When and where are the classes held?
Get ready for Fitness Fridays! Classes run every Friday at 10:00 AM at the We Care Wellness Center. It's the perfect way to start the weekend with a burst of positive energy in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. We Care Wellness Center is located at 827 W. Prairie Ave. Hayden, ID.
3. What can my child expect in a typical class?
Every class is a dynamic blend of fun and fundamentals! We structure our time into three engaging parts:
- High-Energy Games to get hearts pumping.
- Age-Appropriate Workouts to build strength and flexibility.
- Skill-Building Drills to boost coordination and confidence.
4. What should my child wear and bring?
Just have them wear comfortable clothes they can move freely in (like shorts and a t-shirt) and athletic shoes. Please also send them with a water bottle to stay hydrated! We'll take care of the rest!
5. What if my child has never done a fitness class before?
Perfect! This class is an ideal starting point. Our focus is on fun and personal achievement, not competition. We create a supportive atmosphere where every child feels encouraged to try their best, no matter their experience level.

Meet Coach Kyle
As a dad to two energetic boys, Kyle Rutley knows firsthand the importance of channeling that energy into positive, healthy habits. In fact, his own sons are some of the biggest fans of this Kids Fitness class! They were his primary motivation for creating it: a class where kids can build a genuine love for movement in a fun, supportive, and non-competitive environment.
With over 16 years of experience coaching everything from youth soccer and swim teams to adult triathlon training, Kyle brings a wealth of expertise to every session. He understands that every child is different, which is why his core belief is that there's a modification for every move. Fitness should be accessible and joyful for all.
You can trust that your child is in the care of an instructor who is not only a certified expert but also a dedicated parent, committed to helping every kid discover their own strength and confidence.
