NEURO-FIT is designed for adults with neurological conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s, Stroke Recovery, Neuropathy, PTSD/Trauma, and MS, as well as their caregivers.
No experience is required. All exercises are adaptable for different abilities and mobility levels.
Most exercises use bodyweight or common household items. In-person sessions may include adaptive equipment provided by your trainer.
